With evolution is the education sector, all genders are being offered a chance to acquire skill s with no biases. This has created equality in terms of skills for all. With Title VII eliminating discrimination based on sex, all genders can work in any field provided they have the skills. Work-life balance refers to the relationship between, work and family duties, and how they influence each other.
